Delivery Information

At Wild Nest, we carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery via Royal Mail or DPD
Standard UK mainland delivery charged at £5.00 (up to order value of £175.00)
Free standard UK mainland delivery on order values over £175.00 (excluding furniture)
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Furniture Delivery (excluding Sofas) - UK Mainland Only

Delivery of our furniture pieces is available to UK mainland only and is charged at £49.00.

Our furniture items require specialist handling and delivery. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery of furniture items.

Delivery times vary depending on the item and delivery location. You will be contacted by the courier to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Please note, furniture delivery service is for a one-person delivery service to ground floor entrance room only. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and assist the courier with carrying the item(s) into your property.

Local Delivery - within 15 mile radius of our store

For some furniture items, delivery within 15 miles radius of our store are eligible for FREE delivery. Items eligible are: Console tables, coffee tables.

Please note, this does not apply if accelerated checkout chosen e.g. Apple Pay. You need to go through normal checkout for local delivery to be calculated.

Click & Collect

Free collection is available from our Chipping Campden store during our opening hours. This will be an option available at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Orders should not be collected until you have received confirmation from us.

Sofa Delivery - White Glove 2-Person Delivery - UK Mainland Only

Delivery of our handmade sofa is available to UK mainland only.

Our sofas require specialist handling and delivery, we therefore use a white glove two person delivery service to a room of your choice.

We aim for delivery to take place within the 8-10 week production lead-time.

You will be contacted by our courier to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Up to 150 miles of our store

Delivery within 150 miles of our Chipping Campden store will be chargeable at £150.

Over 150 miles of our store

Delivery over 150 miles of our Chipping Campden will be calculated upon request. Please contact us before ordering.

Local Delivery - within 15 mile radius of our store

Delivery within 15 miles of our Chipping Campden store will be chargeable at £49.00.

Please note, this does not apply if accelerated checkout chosen e.g. Apple Pay. You need to go through normal checkout for local delivery to be calculated.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands (excluding furniture)

Additional delivery charges may apply to these areas. Please get in touch before ordering to confirm if any additional charges apply.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands (excluding furniture)

Additional delivery charges apply on all orders, as follows:

Republic of Ireland - £10.00 flat rate
Northern Ireland - £10.00 flat rate
Channel Islands - £10.00 flat rate

For delivery to these regions, please also allow up to 5 working days for delivery once dispatched.

Please note, customers are liable for any import duties and/or taxes applicable to their country.

Please note, furniture delivery is currently unavailable to these areas.

Europe Delivery (excluding furniture)

We are able of offer delivery to Europe and the shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout.

USA Delivery (excluding furniture)

We are able to offer delivery to the USA at the following rates:

Orders under £175.00 - delivery charged at £30.00

Orders over £175.00 - delivery charged at £100.00

Please note, customers are liable for any import duties and/or taxes applicable to their country.

Rest of the World

For any countries not listed, we may be able to offer delivery for certain products.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

Note the damage with the courier where possible.
Take photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@wildnestcotswolds.co.uk

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, lack of access, or repeated missed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Incorrect Shipping Calculation

Whilst we aim to provide the most accurate shipping costs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where shipping has been calculated incorrectly.
